Disconnected Data Syncing Across Platforms
As they were using both Outlook and Gmail for client communication, there were challenges in ensuring email data from both platforms was accurately synced with Salesforce. This created inefficiencies in tracking client interactions and updating records.

Einstein Activity Capture
We integrated both Outlook and Gmail to ensure that emails sent through either email platform were properly synced with Salesforce. The sync process involved several key configurations to ensure smooth integration:
- Field Mapping: Ensured that data from both email platforms correctly mapped to Salesforce fields, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
- Event Mapping: Emails and related events were accurately linked to Salesforce, so client interactions were fully tracked in one place.
- Location Field: Location data from emails sent via Outlook and Gmail were synced and mapped properly to Salesforce, ensuring that all relevant details were captured without errors.
Client Data Forms (Email to Lead Implementation)
To speed up lead capture, we implemented a solution where emails received in Gmail were automatically converted into leads in Salesforce. The system extracts the sender’s first name, last name, and email address, creating a new lead entry in Salesforce without requiring manual input. This significantly improved lead capture efficiency.
Salesforce Lightning Application
We developed a custom Salesforce Lightning app using the Lightning App Builder to display a limited view of specific objects based on user roles. This application restricted access to sensitive data, ensuring that only authorized users could view and interact with particular Salesforce objects, thus enhancing security and user experience.
DocuSign Integration
We integrated DocuSign with Salesforce to streamline document signing processes. This integration made it easier to manage signed documents directly within Salesforce, eliminating the need for external tools or manual document handling, and ensuring that the process was efficient and fully tracked within the Salesforce system.
